Please be advised that once you make the online payment and we have started the process of obtaining your wedding license your payment is nonrefundable.
No third-party credit cards are accepted - the credit card payment MUST belong to the person applying for the wedding license.
If you would prefer to have tracking ability for your finished wedding license – we are happy to provide FED EX service to its final destination(to US locations only). The pricing is $75.00 irrespective of service used - i.e. overnight, 2 days etc or we are happy for you to provide a return shipping label
If for any reason 20 days prior to the wedding all paperwork has not been received we reserve the right to refuse your application and ask you to go to the nearest courthouse on arrival in Florida, no refund will be given.
If you have a dispute with us we would kindly ask that you speak with us first. We DO NOT accept chargebacks from Paypal and will seek legal counsel if we feel your dispute is unjustified.
We cannot accept responsibility for any licenses lost in the mail or mailings sent to the incorrect address if we were not advised of a different address from the one that payment was made with.
We can't accept responsibility for outside parties - ie FED EX deliveries that do not get delivered on time due to weather etc.

Pricing depends on when your initial application is made in relation to your wedding date
- Over 2 Months out $200 No refunds once a Marriage License issued
- Within 60 - 40 DAYS $230 No refunds once a Marriage License issued. Not open to Floridians.
- Within 39- 32 DAYS $240 No refunds once a Marriage License issued. Not open to Floridians.
- Within 31-25 days $255 No refunds once a Marriage License issued. Not open to Floridians.
